At Mariam's EverGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Exchanges, Refunds & Replacements
Within the 14-day return period after receiving your order, we offer you 3 options:
1. Exchange your item for a different size or color
Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same item. Exchange for a different product is not possible. In this case, we recommend returning your item for a refund and then placing a new order.
2. Refund or store credit
By default, refunds are issued as store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment method, you must specify this when submitting your return request. A 15% inspection and processing fee will then apply. These fees do not apply to returns due to manufacturing defects.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded. Discount codes and store credits are non-refundable.
3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item
We are truly sorry for this inconvenience! Contact us at vente.online19@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem (incorrect, defective, damaged item, etc.)
- A photo or video of the problem
Refund processing time
Refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. Once approved, the credit typically appears in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

2. Refund details and store credit
By default, the refund method is store credit.
If you wish to receive a refund to the payment method used during your purchase, you must notify us on the return form, and a 15% inspection, warehouse, and processing fee will apply. Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur these restocking fees. The fees will be applied to the original order, and the balance will be refunded.
Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
Discount codes or store credits cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
3. Replacement of an incorrect or defective item

- Your order number
- Description of the problem (e.g., wrong / defective item)
- A photo or video
How long does it take to get a refund?
Generally, refunds can take up to two weeks to be processed. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and must be submitted to our accounting department for processing.
How to return an item?● Each return request must be accompanied by a return form.
● Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide you by email.

Delivery:
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. If you receive store credit, it will correspond to the amount you paid. If you notify us that you want a refund, you will receive exactly what you paid for the product minus the restocking fees.
If you want an exchange: depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you.
Warning:
If you are shipping items over 50€ in value, we strongly suggest sending the product back to us with a tracking number.

- Send your item with your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
- For any item valued over €50, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In case of an exchange, your new item may take 2 to 7 weeks to reach you, depending on your country.

- Contact your bank (processing can take 3 to 5 business days)
