At Mariam's EverGlow, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible, so you know exactly what you are ordering. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for any reason — whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the receipt of your order.

To initiate a return, please write to us at vente.online19@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly, most within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vente.online19@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, any cancellation request received after the order has been processed cannot be taken into account.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of ordering. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at vente.online19@gmail.com. Any modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

Mariam's EverGlow cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address.

If your package is returned to us, we will offer you the choice of:

• A refund of the order amount, minus shipping costs
• Reshipment to the correct address

This option will only be available once the package has been received by the sender.
